Er hat kurze Ärmel und ist auf der Rückseite geschlitzt. So schränkt er die Beweglichkeit seines Trägers kaum ein und schützt trotzdem effektiv vor scheuernden Rüstungen und blauen Flecken im Kampf. Tudor armour jerkin black

Even the best plate armour is useless if the wearer can not move in it. Oftentimes you have to find a compromise between padding and freedom of movement. The late medieval "Tudor" jerkin was specifically designed to be worn underneath a steel torso armour. In this way, "Tudor" protects the wearer from pressure marks and the impact of an opponent's blows without limiting the mobility. The arms are not padded, but have a double layer of thick canvas fabric. This increases mobility while at the same time preventing the arm guards worn on top from chafing the skin. Additional holes allow the fastening of light armour parts, such as the armshield "Wilhelm" with strings. Ribbons with fixed tips are used to lace this jerkin. Naturally, this gambeson can be worn separately, without any kind of armour on top. Our "Franklin" pants are perfectly suited for pirates or seamen. These pants boast a straight cut and end just above the knees. The codpiece at the front hides the two buttons the pants are closed with, and it looks nice to boot. The codpiece is detachable. The waistband can be adjusted with a strap in the back. The belt loops at the waistband provide the possibility to wear a belt or a colourful strip of cloth. The pant legs each have a strip of five buttons that can be opened for more comfort. The Italian company "Fucina del Drago" is well-known for its beautiful leather products. Born from their workshops, "Artemis" is a very elaborately crafted torso armour for women. Hardened upper leather was shaped and rigidly fixed together using durable brass rivets in order to create the armour's chest and back portions. Refined embossings showing celtic knots embellish the edges and the center of the chest.
